Securely package the garment in its original reusable packaging, ensuring the HIVE PRELOVED authentication tag remains intact and untampered.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of your request.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team verifies the item matches its original listing condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
